All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

In the event of a shortage or delay, we will notify you immediately. 3. The shipping cost is calculated after all product discounts have been applied. Payment Terms Upon successful order registration, the Buyer's account will be temporarily debited for the total amount of the purchased products. The Seller will only finalize the transaction and collect payment after confirming the order. Should any payment processing errors occur, the Seller reserves the right not to proceed with the delivery, but will promptly notify the Buyer of the incomplete transaction. While the Seller is not obligated to investigate the error, they will offer support within their operational capacity and responsibility. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.


ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?


In case the ordered product is not available in stock before finalizing the order, the team at https://myglowora.com may propose similar alternatives in terms of appearance and technical specifications, if available. If no alternative is available for the initial product, the buyer will receive a full refund. In the event of technical errors on the https://myglowora.com website or in the management system, including human errors, leading to price adjustments resulting in an incorrect price compared to the average seller-set price for that period, the seller reserves the right to cancel the respective order. Customers will be notified via phone or email in this regard. The buyer understands and accepts that they cannot raise objections or claims regarding products ordered as a result of such errors. If there are delays in your order, we will promptly contact you and provide an updated delivery timeframe. Pre-order is a special form of ordering for a product that is yet to be launched and can be purchased before it becomes physically available in the seller's stock. The pre-order process is similar to a regular order, except for the delivery timeframe, which will be determined based on the product's availability and communicated to the buyer at the time of placing the pre-order or subsequently, if changes occur. The manufacturer reserves the right to modify the release date and price of the product without prior notification, allowing the seller to update this information on the website at any time. The seller may also adjust the initial terms of the pre-order, but only after informing the buyer and obtaining their agreement to the new applicable conditions.

INVOICE ISSUANCE


The Seller will issue an invoice to the Buyer via email for the Goods and Services delivered as per the terms outlined in the Order. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide accurate information required for the invoice issuance in compliance with prevailing legislation. The Seller shall not be deemed at fault nor liable for penalties due to non-compliance with the initial conditions or for changes to the initial conditions of the pre-order, if such changes are imposed by new conditions provided by the Manufacturer.
